Education:
1. Our media consistently claims there is an education crisis in the United States. What information can you provide to refute this statement? - Include information about the strengths of American education. Examples: programs, classes, teachers, college preparedness, academic achievements, etc. Most schools have programs to fit the need of the students, they do this by programs like Boces, AP classes and support classes. I myself as a student went to boces for an alternative program because college was not for me. It’s helped open up many opportunities and has increased my skills in plumbing.
2. How does your administration plan to increase the nation’s high school completion rate? Explain. - Include programs, support services, etc.

Standardized testing serves no point in educational placement. Students shouldn’t be judged over one test. Teachers don’t plan for these tests and urge students to pick a random answer if not sure.

Students can fill out a survey about how effective their teacher is in the classroom. Teachers can assess their students by giving test and quizzes during class.
